At ZYQEN, we aim to process and deliver your
orders safely and as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within
1–3 business days after successful order
confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed
on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally
3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier
service, weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout
before you complete your order.
Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotional
offers as mentioned on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be
provided through your registered email address, phone number or
other available communication channels.
You can use the tracking information to check your shipment status.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping
information during checkout.
If an order has already been shipped to an incorrect address
provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply
for re-delivery, where possible.
Delayed Orders
Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe,
delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High order volumes
- Remote delivery locations
- Operational or logistical issues
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our
support team.
Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please
take clear photos or videos of the package before opening it and
contact us as soon as possible.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable
recipient, refusal to accept the package or repeated delivery
attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you request re-shipment.
